Privacy
Last updated November 6, 2026. This covers the waitlist only. The app will have its own, fuller policy before launch.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- The country you signed up from, worked out from your internet connection. We keep the country, not your IP address.
- Which sign-up form you used and when.
- A scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, kept for 24 hours to stop spam sign-ups, then deleted.
We don't collect your name, weight, health information or anything else on the waitlist.
What we do with it
We send you one email to confirm you're on the list, then tell you when FOFatty launches and send the odd update from Dave. We never sell it or share it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
- Supabase stores the waitlist.
- Resend sends the emails.
- Vercel hosts this website.
These services may store data in the United States.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@fofatty.com and we'll sort it within 30 days. You can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you're in Australia, or your local privacy regulator elsewhere.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until FOFatty launches and you decide whether to create an account.
